ORDER-WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard on 6/8/2017: For the reasons stated below, the motions 21 23 of the School Defendants and Banks to dismiss the federal claims are granted. Counts II, III, IV, and V.1 are dismisse d without prejudice. The court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims and they are dismissed without prejudice as well.
