MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order; Plaintiff Bobby Brooker, an Illinois state prisoner, brought this action pro se pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants, Winnebago County Sheriff Deputies James Abate and Jacob Marino, violat ed his constitutional rights in connection with the execution of a search warrant in his apartment on December 12, 2017. Before the Court is Defendants' motion for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, Defendant's motion 43 is granted. The case is dismissed with prejudice. See attachment for full detail.
