ORDER:Plaintiffs motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [#3] is granted. The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiffs place of incarceration to deduct $29.23 from Plaintiffs account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk to mail a copy of this order to the trust account office at the Winnebago County Jail. However, summonses shall not issue at this time. Plaintiffs complaint [#1] is dismissed without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint limited to a single, core claim.
