| Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Iain D. Johnston: Status hearing held on 12/4/2018. The Court reserves 1/16/2019 and 2/20/2019 at 10:00 AM to hold a settlement conference. By 12/14/2018 counsel shall jointly contact the Court's operations specialist to provide the agreed date. Plaintiffs' initial settlement letter due to Defendants and chambers by 12/18/2018. Defendants' letter in response due to Plaintiffs and chambers by 1/7/2019. Confidential letters due to chambers by end of business on 1/11/2019. Parties shall refer to Judge Johnston's web page at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov and comply with the Standing Order on Settlement Conferences. Johnston: Upon removal, the defendants filed copies of documents originally filed in state court that contain full birth dates as well as the full names of minors in violation of Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2. The Clerk is directed to provisionally seal Dkt. 1. By 11/2/2018 defense counsel shall provide to the Court's operations specialist an electronic copy of Dkt. 1 with the full names of minors and full birth dates redacted as required by Rule 5.2. Any future violations of Rule 5.2 will require the filing party to reimburse the Clerk for the time spent substituting documents, as explained in this Court's case management procedures on Privacy Protection for Filings. The seal will be lifted after the Clerk substitutes the redacted copy for the original. The defendant's motion for leave to answer #5 is granted.
