| Filing 7 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS; On 11/7/2018 the Court denied the plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and gave her to 11/21/2018 to pay the fee. Dkt. 4. When the plaintiff missed the deadline, the Court extended it to 11/30/2018 and warned that failing to pay the fee by the extended deadline would result in a Report and Recommendation that the case be dismissed for failure to pay the filing fee and for want of prosecution. To date, the plaintiff has still failed to pay the filing fee. According it is this Court's Report and Recommendation that the case be dismissed for failure to pay the filing fee and for want of prosecution. Any objection is due 1/2/2019.
