ORDER: The Court construes Plaintiffs trust account statement [#3] as motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis but denies the motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). The Court summarily dismisses the complaint in view of Plaintiffs failure to pay the statutory filing fee. Dismissal is with prejudice due to Plaintiffs fraudulent invocation of Section 1915(g)s imminent danger exception. The Court directs the Clerk to enter final judgment. Having brought this action, Plaintiff nevertheless remains obligated to pay the full filing fee. Before pursuing any future litigation, Plaintiff must pay any outstanding fees. The Court instructs the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the trust account office at Plaintiffs place of confinement. Plaintiffs trust fund officer must collect 100% of all income into Plaintiffs trust account until accrued filing fees are paid. The Court additionally refers this matter to the Northern Districts Executive Committee for consideration of whether a barring order may be appropriate. Signed by the Honorable Frederick J.
