December 18, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). The Court summarily dismisses the complaint in view of Plaintiff's failure to pay the statutory filing fee. Dismissal is with prejudice due to Plaintiff's fraudulent invocation of Section 1915(g)'s "imminent danger" exception. The Court directs the Clerk to enter final judgment. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied as moot. Having brought this action, Plaintiff nevertheless remains obligated to pay the full filing fee. Before pursuing any future litigation, Plaintiff must pay any outstanding fees. The Court instructs the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the trust account office at Plaintiff's place of confinement.
