ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The court waives the initial partial filing fee, but authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to begin making monthly deductions from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court in accordance with this order. Summons shall not issue at this time, however, and the complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint limited to a single, core claim (or related sequence of events). Failure to submit an amended complaint by December 6, 2019, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit in its entirety.
