February 18, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER: This action is summarily dismissed with prejudice due to Plaintiff's failure to advise the Court that at least three of his previous cases have been dismissed on the grounds that they were frivolous, malicious, or failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. All pending motions are denied #3 #4 #5 . Having brought this action, Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full filing fee of $400. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration. Plaintiff is again reminded that he must fully detail his litigation history in any future lawsuit, and he may not seek leave to proceed in forma pauperis unless he is under imminent danger of serious physical injury.
