ORDER signed by the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard on 8/25/2020: Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #3 is denied without prejudice as nothing suggests that he is unable to respond to this order on his own. To proceed with this lawsuit, plaintiff must pay the full $400 filing fee, following the directions in this order. In addition, he must pay his previous outstanding filing fees in full ($339.27 in Rankin v. Dart, Case No. 10 C 691 (N.D. Ill.), and $295.37 in Rankin v. Dart, Case No.13 C 4671 (N.D. Ill.)), or submit trust fund ledgers starting on December 5, 2019, and ending on the date of compliance. If he submits trust fund ledgers, the court will order payment of past fees as appropriate. If the ledgers reveal that plaintiff spent income that should have been devoted to his filing fee obligations, he will be required to explain why he should be able to proceed with this lawsuit given the court's past warnings. If he does not comply with this order in its entirety by October 2, 2020, the court will summarily dismiss this action. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to plaintiff and the trust fund officer at the Dixon Correctional Center. Mailed notice(sb, )
