| Filing 17 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lisa A. Jensen: The Court has received and reviewed the parties' status report #16 . A telephonic status hearing is set for 10/23/2020 at 9:00 AM to discuss the parties' intent to proceed with a settlement conference. The parties are directed to review Judge Jensen's Standing Order for Settlement Conferences and shall confer prior to the hearing to come up with 3 agreed dates that all counsel, parties, and persons with full settlement authority are available for a settlement conference. The parties shall also indicate at the hearing whether they consent to proceed with the settlement conference by remote means. Public access is available via the following call-in number: (877) 336-1831 with access code 2813746. Counsel for all parties are directed to appear. Counsel of record will receive an email the day prior to the start of the telephonic hearing with instructions to join the call. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Johnston has been appointed as a United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois, Western Division; therefore IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the attached list of civil cases are hereby reassigned to form the initial calendar of the Honorable Iain D.
