| Filing 5 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lisa A. Jensen: On 9/15/2020, this Court held a status hearing with Plaintiff Victoria C. McKenzie in Case No. 20-cv-50249. In that case, the Court granted Plaintiff's request for counsel and ordered recruited counsel to file a status report by 10/30/2020 on whether he plans to proceed with an amended complaint or a statement that he cannot amend the complaint consistent with his obligations under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. On 9/16/2020, Plaintiff filed the following new cases, Case Nos. 20-cv-50351, 20-cv-50352, 20-cv-50353, and 20-cv-50354, and requested attorney representation.
