ORDER and Statement; This case is dismissed for want of subject matter jurisdiction as an unauthorized second or successive habeas corpus petition, 28 U.S.C. 2244(b). The Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability. Petitioner's motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, #3 attorney representation, #4 and other pending motions, are denied as moot. The Clerk shall: (1) update the docket to reflect that Respondent Sonja Nicklaus is the Warden of the Dixon Correctional Center; and, (2) enter a Rule 58 judgment in favor of Respondent and against Petitioner.
