ORDER signed by the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard on 12/2/2020: On November 18, 2020, the court ordered plaintiff to pay the $400 filing fee in full if he wished to proceed with this action #5 . On November 30, 2020, the court received plaintiff's letter wherein he tells the court that he wishes to pay the filing fee, but the trust fund officers at Winnebago County jail will not allow him to send money from his trust fund account outside of the jail #6 . The court directs the trust fund officer at Winnebago County jail to permit plaintiff to pay the $400 filing fee for this action from his trust fund account. Plaintiff may pay by check or money order made payable to Clerk of Court and mailed to the Clerk of Court, United States District Court, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604, attn: Cashier's Desk, 20th Floor. The Clerk of Court shall send a copy of this order, along with a copy of the November 18, 2020 order #5 , to the trust fund officer at Winnebago County Jail. Mailed notice (sb, )
