Jensen: On 10/27/2020, Judge Reinhard ordered Plaintiff to file amended jurisdictional allegations due to the insufficient allegations based on "information and belief." Judge Reinhard specifically ordered Plaintiff to properly allege Defendant's state of incorporation and state of principal place of business. Although Plaintiff filed an amended complaint #5 , it only amended the portion of the allegations referring to information and belief. Plaintiff has not sufficiently alleged Defendant's principal place of business. A corporation is a citizen of both the state of its incorporation and the place of its principal place of business. 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1). Both must be pled. See McMillian v.
