The complaint also alleges that plaintiff "was an employee of [defendant] as a Multimedia Journalist at the facility in Rockford, Illinois." Rockford is in the Western Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Plaintiff lives in the Eastern Division. The court needs clarification from plaintiff as to the following: (1) did the alleged discriminatory action occur in Rockford, in the Western Division, or in the Eastern Division as alleged ?; (2) did plaintiff intend this action to be filed in the Western Division or the Eastern Division ?; and (3) if the discriminatory action occurred in the Eastern Division and plaintiff intended to file this action in the Western Division what is the basis for the action to be maintained in the Western Division ?
