ORDER : Based on plaintiff's statement #8 this matter was inadvertently filed in the Western Division rather than the Eastern Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. It appearing from the complaint that all of the allegedly unlawful actions occurred in Kane County, Illinois at defendant Henry Pratt Company, LLC's principal place of business where plaintiff was employed, and Kane County being one of the counties comprising the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Illinois (28 U.S.C. 93(a)(1)), this case is transferred forthwith to the Eastern Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
