ORDER; Plaintiff seeks recruitment of counsel in this matter. However, Plaintiff paid the statutory filing fee without seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Moreover, his motion for attorney representation erroneously indicates that an IFP application is attached to the motion. See R. 6, Motion for Recruitment of Counsel, 4. Consequently, the Court is unable to determine whether Plaintiff is indigent and thus qualifies for Court enlistment of pro bono counsel. The Court grants Plaintiff until May 28, 2021, to submit an IFP application, including a certified trust account statement. The Court will defer its required threshold screening of the complaint pending receipt of the anticipated IFP application.
