April 28, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER; Petitioner Chad Michael Stoner, a prisoner at USP Thomson, has forwarded to the Courtboth an in forma pauperis application #5 for the $5.00 filing fee and a letter stating he requestedhis facility to send the $5.00 payment to the Court #4 . The IFP application contains no copy of his prison trust fund account statement and is thus denied as incomplete. As to the $5.00 payment Stoner says was sent weeks ago, the Court still has not received it. On the Court's own motion, Stoner is given until June 4, 2021, to comply with the Court's prior order directing him to satisfy the filing fee requirement. He has neither paid the $5.00 filing fee nor submitted an in forma pauperis (IFP) application demonstrating his inability to pay. By April 30, 2021, Petitioner must either pay the $5.00 fee by check or money order made payable to the Clerk, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, or submit a completed IFP application.
