ORDER; On July 20, 2021, the Court denied Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) and instructed him to submit a renewed IFP application (or pay the filing fee) by August 16, 2021. #4 The July 20, 2021 order, sent to Plaintiff at his address of record at the Winnebago County Jail, was returned as undeliverable with no forwarding address. #5 The Clerk is directed to (1) update Plaintiff's address to the mailing address for Stateville Correctional Center, where he appears to be currently located: Jason M. Hare (Y37021), P.O. Box 112, Joliet IL 60434; and (2) mail this order and another copy of the July 20, 2021 order #4 to the new address. Plaintiff has an ongoing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his contact information and should not expect the Court or Clerk to make efforts to locate him. Therefore, he must promptly notify the Court of any future address changes. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to prosecute. See the attached order for details. ORDER with Statement; Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff is given until August 16, 2021 to either: (1) submit a completed IFP application in accordance with this order; or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $402 associated with this action. Failure to comply by the aforementioned date will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. The Court instructs the Clerk to send Plaintiff an in forma pauperis application and a copy of this order. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to provide the Court with updated/current address information and failure to do will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a court order and for want of prosecution.
