Filing 5 ORDER with Statement; Christopher and Lindsay Sharp filed a pro se complaint on behalf of their fourteen-year-old child concerning an incident that allegedly occurred during a remote Zoom class session on August 1, 2020. In the complaint #1 , they allege that the school district, Crystal Lake South High School faculty and administrators, and a Lake in the Hills police officer violated their son's right to constitutional civil rights and due process, and that these actions constituted malicious prosecution, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. For the reasons stated below, the Clerk is directed to strike Christopher Sharp's pro se appearance #3 and motion for leave to amend #4 and dismiss this complaint #1 without prejudice, with leave to re-file an amended complaint through counsel.
