ORDER; Plaintiff has submitted a "response" to the Court's recent order requiring him to submit an amended complaint and pay the $402 filing fee. Plaintiff indicates that he is unable to submit an amended complaint because he does not have a copy of his recent filing. In this one instance the Court will provide a copy to Plaintiff of his recent filing. However, Plaintiff must keep his own copies in the future. The time for Plaintiff to pay the $402 filing fee and submit an amended complaint is extended to November 5, 2021. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of docket entry #1, an amended civil rights complaint form, and one blank USM-285 (Marshals Service) form. If Plaintiff does not comply by October 18, 2021, this case will be summarily dismissed. In addition, the "complaint" is not on the Court's complaint form. If Plaintiff seeks to continue with this matter in this Court, he must also submit an amended complaint on the Court's amended complaint form by this same deadline.
