Filing 9 ORDER; Plaintiff has submitted a "response" to the Court's recent order requiring him to submit an amended complaint and pay the $402 filing fee. Plaintiff indicates that he is unable to submit an amended complaint because he does not have a copy of his recent filing. In this one instance the Court will provide a copy to Plaintiff of his recent filing. However, Plaintiff must keep his own copies in the future. The time for Plaintiff to pay the $402 filing fee and submit an amended complaint is extended to November 5, 2021. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of docket entry #1, an amended civil rights complaint form, and one blank USM-285 (Marshals Service) form.
