ORDER; Plaintiff's January 20, 2022 "motion to inform the court" #7 , which seems to have crossed in the mail with the Court's January 19, 2022 order #6 (denying Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis in this case), is denied as unnecessary. For the reasons set forth in the Court's January 19, 2022 order, Plaintiff must pre-pay the full $402 filing fee, by February 28, 2022, if he wishes to proceed with this action. If Plaintiff fails to pre-pay the full $402 filing fee by the February 28, 2022 deadline, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must pre-pay the full $402.00 filing fee by February 28, 2022. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers screening of Plaintiff's complaint #1 pending payment of the full filing fee. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. ORDER; Plaintiff Terry Wagner, a prisoner at Dixon Correctional Center, initiated this pro se civil rights action without prepaying the filing fee or seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If Plaintiff wants to pursue this litigation, he must pay the full statutory filing fee of $402 or submit an accurate and properly supported application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If Plaintiff fails to do so by January 24, 2022, this case will be summarily dismissed. Plaintiff must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is released or transferred to another facility. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a blank application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of this order.
