ORDER ; The Clerk is instructed to terminate "Winnebago County Inmates" as party Plaintiff in this action; Demarcus Latin is the only Plaintiff in this action. Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied for lack of a sufficient showing of indigence. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee by February 20, 2022. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers its screening of the complaint #1 pending payment of the filing fee. Until Plaintiff has paid the filing fee and this case has been allowed to proceed, his motions for a temporary restraining order and expedited hearing #4 #5 are premature; as such, the motions are denied without prejudice to renewal should this case proceed past initial screening. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution.
