January 25, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER : Plaintiff's renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #7 is denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff decides to file a new application, he shall submit a renewed and complete application that includes (1) a trust fund certification signed by the appropriate prison official, (2) a copy of Plaintiff's trust fund statement showing all transactions in his account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint, (3) a written explanation why he has an inability to pay, and (4) he must sign his application. Alternatively, Plaintiff may pay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00. Failure to comply with this order by March 1, 2022, will result in summary dismissal of this case.
