Reinhard on 2/8/2022: The court denies plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 because the trust fund statement attached to the application shows that he had $1,162.33 in his account on the date the application was certified, shortly before he filed this action. In other words, plaintiff could have submitted payment of the $402.00 filing fee along with his complaint if he chose to do so. He must prepay the fee if he wants to proceed further.
