ORDER; The Court grants Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 , waives the initial partial filing fee, and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to make monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration and the Court's fiscal department. Following initial review, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 as legally frivolous. The dismissal is with prejudice as to Plaintiff's attempt to initiate criminal proceedings against the court reporters and without prejudice as to his ability to initiate another civil rights lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. 1983 if and when his conviction and sentence are invalidated or to seek habeas relief (to the extent this remedy is available). The dismissal of this case counts as one of his three allotted dismissals under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). If Plaintiff initiates any additional legally frivolous cases (whether about his state criminal proceedings or any other subject), the Court may refer him to the Court's Executive Committee for consideration of an order limiting his ability to initiate cases in this judicial district.
