March 17, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER signed by the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard on 3/17/2022: Petitioner's amended 28 U.S.C. 2241 petition #8 clarifies that he is challenging the Bureau of Prisons' failure to grant him sentence credit based on his participation in BOP programs. Petitioner has satisfied this court's directive for him to clarify his claim. He has not, however, provided any information about his efforts to exhaust BOP administrative remedies, which this court's February 25, 2022, order also directed. Even if the form petition forwarded to petitioner did not ask about exhaustion of administrative remedies, this court's prior order did. Before this case proceeds forward, petitioner must provide such information. See Setser v. United States, 566 U.S. 231, 244 (2012) (citing 28 CFR 542.10 et seq.). Petitioner's failure to comply with this order by April 25, 2022, will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice. Electronic notice/mailed copy to petitioner. (sb, )
