ORDER, Petitioner Sherond Duron King, Jr., a prisoner at the United States penitentiary in Thomson, Illinois, has filed a 28 U.S.C. 2241 petition challenging his 2012 convictions from the Southern District of Florida. Petitioner, however, has neither paid the $5.00 filing fee nor submitted an in forma pauperis (IFP) application demonstrating his inability to pay. By July 8, 2022, Petitioner must either pay the filing fee with a check or money order made payable to: Clerk, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, or submit a completed IFP application that includes his prison trust account statement showing activity in that account for the six-month period before he filed his 2241 petition. Petitioner's failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice. See N.D. Ill. Local Rule 3.3(f).
