August 29, 2022	Filing 1 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ORDER: On August 14, 2022, Mellody Estella Maria Huntley opened the case Huntley v. Air Force, No. 22 cv 50283. She completed documents suggesting that she intends to file an application for admission pro hac vice. But Ms. Huntley is not an attorney. She is a pro se filer. See, e.g., 21 cv 1185, 22 cv 2042, 21 cv 3689. Her submission of these documents violates our Local Rule 5.2(a). IT IS, therefore, HEREBY ORDERED that the filing of Huntley v. Air Force 22 cv 50283 is vacated and that case number 22 cv 50283 shall not be used for any other proceeding. The submitted documents are not accepted for filing. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order by email and first-class mail to Ms. Huntley at the addresses listed in her most recent filing, and to terminate Mellody Estella Maria Huntley's privileges to electronically file documents in this District. Mellody Estella Maria Huntley is warned that making false statements to the Court, including submission of a pro hac vice application by a non-attorney, may result in review by the Executive Committee and possible sanctions, including filing restrictions, monetary penalties, or a finding of contempt of court.
