Filing 5 ORDER; The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice. By October 31, 2022, Plaintiff must prepay the full $402 filing fee or file a properly supported amended in forma pauperis application. If Plaintiff does not comply, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. The trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement is directed to consider the information about trust fund certifications in the "Statement" section of this order, update Plaintiff's records to include Elliott v. Scott, Case No. 16 C 50183 (N.D. Ill.), and commence monthly deductions from qualifying income until Plaintiff's outstanding $350 in forma pauperis filing fee for Case No. 16 C 50183 is paid in full. Plaintiff must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. The Clerk is directed to send: (1) an in forma pauperis application for persons in custody, as well as a copy of this order, to Plaintiff; and (2) a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the DeKalb County Jail.
