ORDER; Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $5.83 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for improper joinder. If he wishes to proceed with this case, he must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order. Failure to submit an amended complaint by October 17, 2022, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to state a claim. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form, two blank USM-285 forms, and instructions along with a copy of this order.
