ORDER; Following initial review, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #7 . This dismissal is without prejudice to Plaintiff's pursuit of relief that may be available by way of post-conviction or appellate proceedings in the state court system, in federal court by way of habeas corpus, or via a civil rights complaint if and when his convictions and sentence are invalidated. This dismissal is also without prejudice to Plaintiff filing any state-law claims he may have in the appropriate forum. Because Plaintiff's claims are legally frivolous, the dismissal of this case counts as one of Plaintiff's three allotted dismissals under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).
