ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied for lack of a sufficient showing of indigence. If plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee by November 28, 2022. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this case. The court defers its review of the complaint #1 and motion for attorney representation #4 until plaintiff resolves his fee status. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the court apprised of his current address, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a court order and for want of prosecution.
