ORDER; The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice. Plaintiff must prepay the $402 filing fee or file a properly supported amended in forma pauperis application with the information specified in the "Statement" section of this order. If he does not comply by December 23, 2022, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff must promptly update his address each time it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning.
