Filing 7 ORDER : Plaintiff's "Motion for Status" #6 is granted to the extent that plaintiff is informed that the court has not received payment of the filing fee. The deadline for plaintiff to submit payment is extended to February 8, 2023. The Clerk's Office reports that it received an unsigned money order in the amount of $425.00 from someone attempting to pay the filing fee in this case. On Nov. 22, 2022, the money order was returned to the residential address from which it was sent because it was in the wrong amount and was unsigned.
