ORDER The Court takes Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis under advisement. If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he must submit certified account statements showing all transactions in all his prison accounts, including, without limitation, his TruFone and TruLinc accounts and any other deposit account (including any pre-release account) not already provided. Each statement for any additional account that applies to Plaintiff must show transactions for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint. Alternatively, he may pay the Court's $402.00 filing fee. Failure to fully comply with this order by January 3, 2023, will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers review of Plaintiff's complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A until after his fee status has been resolved. The Clerk is directed to send (electronically if possible) a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of custody who is directed to assist Plaintiff in obtaining the required prison account statements.
