ORDER : Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The court waives the initial partial payment of the filing fee. The trust fund officer at plaintiff's place of confinement is authorized to make deductions from plaintiff's account in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at DeKalb County Jail. Plaintiff's complaint is improperly joined. The complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff is given until February 27, 2023 to submit an amended pleading in accordance with this order. Plaintiff's failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action.
