ORDER, Petitioner's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #5 is denied. Despite having sufficient resources in his account to pay the fee, Petitioner alleges that his trust fund officer is refusing to process his payment request. Petitioner's motion for an extension of time to pay the filing fee #7 is granted. Respondent shall file a status report by February 27, 2023, regarding whether Petitioner has access to his trust fund account so that he can pay the filing fee in this case. Petitioner's motions for emergency preliminary injunctive relief #4 and motion to show cause #6 are stricken. Petitioner must use the Court approved forms for habeas corpus petitions and complaints. Petitioner must comply with all Court requirements explained in this order and any future Court orders, the Federal Rules, Local Rules, Court standing orders, and Court forms and instructions. Failure to comply with Court requirements will result in immediate dismissal of a case, Petitioner remaining liable for the full filing fee, and referral of Petitioner to the Executive Committee for the imposition of a barring order. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. The Wardens of USP Thomson are informed that Petitioner alleges that he recently engaged in a hunger strike at USP Thomson, and that his trust fund officer allegedly is refusing to process his payment requests. The Court is making no ruling on these two allegations at this time, the Court is providing notice of Petitioner's allegations. The Clerk is instructed to send a copy of this order to: (1) Thomas Bergami and D. Gonzalez, Jr., Wardens, USP Thomson; (2) the Assistant United States Attorney in Charge, Western Division, United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois, and (3) Tom Walsh, Chief, Civil Division, United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
