| Filing 6 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lisa A. Jensen: The Court has received Plaintiff's status report #5 . The Court extends the time to serve Defendant United States under Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m) to 5/9/2023. By that date, Plaintiff is directed to serve Defendant United States pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i)(1) by sending, by registered or certified mail, a copy of the summons for the United States and a copy of the complaint to: (1) the civil-process clerk at the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois; (2) the Attorney General of the United States at Washington, D.C.; and (3) the Internal Revenue Service. Plaintiff shall file the appropriate returns of service and/or waiver of service once received. By 4/7/2023, Plaintiff shall file a status report updating the Court on the status of service. Plaintiff is reminded of the helpful information for parties representing themselves that is available on the Court's website at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov for access to A Guide for the Pro Se Litigant (located under "Information for People without Lawyers"). Jensen: The parties shall jointly complete the PDF fillable initial status report form found on Judge Jensen's webpage at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov under Initial Status Conferences and Reports and file by 3/13/2023. Following the appearance of Defendant, defense counsel shall coordinate with Plaintiff in order to confer and jointly file the status report.
