ORDER, By order of Jan. 31, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) without prejudice and directed Plaintiff to either (1) submit a properly completed IFP application, including the information specified in that order, and a written statement indicating why her financial circumstances had changed such that she should be allowed to proceed IFP in this re-filed action; or (2) pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee #7 . Plaintiff was warned that failure to comply with this order by Feb. 27, 2023, would result in summary dismissal of this case. To date, Plaintiff has not complied with this order or otherwise communicated with the Court. This case is therefore dismissed without prejudice for failure to satisfy the filing-fee requirements. See LR 3.3(f) (dismissal of case for failure to pay filing fee is allowable sanction); see also Dietz v. Bouldin, 579 U.S. 40, 47 (2016) ("district courts have the inherent authority to manage their dockets and courtrooms with a view toward the efficient and expedient resolution of cases"); Anderson v. Williamson, 748 F. App'x. 710, 711 (7th Cir. 2019) (unpublished) (dismissal without prejudice is appropriate disposition where plaintiff fails to satisfy the filing-fee requirements). ORDER, Plaintiff's in forma pauperis applications #3 #6 , which the Court has considered together, are denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, she must, by February 27, 2023, either (1) pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee; or (2) submit a properly completed in forma pauperis application, on this Court's required form, that includes a copy of her trust fund statements for the six-month period preceding the filing of this lawsuit, from any facility at which she was housed during that period, and a written statement explaining why her financial circumstances have changed such that she should be allowed leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this re-filed lawsuit. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice. The Clerk is directed to: (1) update Plaintiff's address on the docket to Pontiac Correctional Center; and (2) send Plaintiff a copy of this order and a blank in forma pauperis application (prisoner version).
