However, as the "LLC" in its name suggests, defendant appears to be a Georgia limited liability company. See Georgia Corporations Division Control number 0125237. The citizenship of a limited liability company is that of its members and each member and each member's citizenship must be pled to properly allege the citizenship of a limited liability company.
