ORDER, The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 . Plaintiff must prepay the $402 filing fee by April 17, 2023. If he does not comply, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice as his reference to letters that he sent in another case has no bearing on this case and his claim that he could not obtain representation because "attorneys are very busy" does not demonstrate that he has made a reasonable attempt to obtain his own counsel. Plaintiff must promptly update his address each time it changes while this case is open. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. The Clerk is directed to: (1) correct the docket to reflect that Plaintiff is in custody at the Joliet Treatment Center; and (2) send a copy of this order to Plaintiff.
