Filing 7 ENTERED JUDGMENT, Civil case terminated. Mailed notice(yxp, ) |
Filing 6 ORDER, Federal prisoner Franck Saint-Fleur sent a "Notification of A Monell Issue" and "Prisoner Complaint" to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, which transferred the case here. See Dkt. 3. This court then ordered him to do two things: (1) submit a complaint using this Court's form and (2) either pay the $402.00 filing fee or submit a properly completed and supported application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. This court also warned him that failure to comply by April 10, 2023, would result in summary dismissal of this action. Plaintiff did not respond to the court's order. The court therefore dismisses this case without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with a court order and for failure to resolve his fee status. This case is closed. Signed by the Honorable Iain D. Johnston on 4/20/2023: Mailed notice (yxp, ) |
