ORDER, In an order dated April 13, 2023, the Court instructed Plaintiff to submit an amended complaint on the Court's required form and to resolve his fee status (by paying the full $402 filing fee or submitting an application to proceed in forma pauperis). #3 Plaintiff was given until May 12, 2023, to comply with the Court's order, and warned that failure to do so would result in summary dismissal of the case. [Id.] Plaintiff did not submit an amended complaint, resolve his fee status, or otherwise communicate with the Court, and the May 12, 2023, deadline has passed.
