ORDER By order dated May 19, 2023, the Court directed Plaintiff to pay the $402.00 statutory filing fee in this case by June 20, 2023, and advised him that failure to comply would result in summary dismissal of this case #4 . Plaintiff has failed to comply. Accordingly, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). See Fed. Election Comm'n v. Al Salvi for Senate Comm., 205 F.3d 1015, 1018 (7th Cir. 2000) (court has authority both inherently and under Rule 41(b) to dismiss case as sanction for failure to prosecute and noncompliance with court order).
