October 30, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Petitioner's allegations in this habeas corpus case are limited to his claims that the Bureau of Prisons: (1) is wrongfully denying him credit towards his sentence earned pursuant to the First Step Act of 2018, and (2) intends to hold him beyond his release date pursuant to an immigration detainer. Petitioner's remaining claims are dismissed without prejudice. Petitioner shall show cause, by December 4, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to exhaust his prison grievance process. Failure to respond to this show cause order by that date will result in the court considering the exhaustion issue without the benefit of his response.
