ORDER The complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. Mr. Burch may filed an amended complaint by 2/9/2024 to allow him the chance to file a signed complaint, one whose allegations are not cut off, and to attempt to plausibly suggest a claim of excessive force. Failure to file an amended complaint by that date, or to address the other issues raised in this order, will result in the termination of this case. In the meantime, his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 remains under advisement. See attached ORDER for details. Signed by the Honorable Iain D.
