ORDER Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #6 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $7.92 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer of the facility having custody of Plaintiff and to the Court's Fiscal Department. Summons, however, shall not issue. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed for failure to state a federal claim. Failure to submit an amended complaint that complies with this order by March 15, 2024, will result in entry of judgment against Plaintiff. Plaintiff also must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. If Plaintiff fails to keep the Court informed of his address, this action will be subject to dismissal without further warning. ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice because it is incomplete. Plaintiff must either (1) pay the full statutory filing fee of $405.00 or (2) submit a renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis that includes all the information specified in this order. Failure to comply by February 8, 2024, will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice. The Court defers consideration of Plaintiff's complaint #1 until after his fee status has been resolved.
