Jensen: At the 2/15/2024 status hearing, Plaintiff informed the Court that he is a restricted filer in the Northern District of Illinois but that he did not believe any restrictions applied to this case because it was removed to this Court by Defendant. On review of the Executive Committee order relating to Firas M Ayoubi, it appears that his status as a restricted filer would also apply to this case. See In Re: Firas M. Ayoubi, Case No. 1:20-cv-07288, Dkt. 4 ("[A]ny new complaints filed by Mr. Ayoubi and transferred to this Court from another jurisdiction will be reviewed by the Executive Committee to determine whether they should be filed."). Accordingly, this case is referred to the Executive Committee for review. No further action will be taken by this Court until the Executive Committee has completed its review and determined whether this case should proceed.
